How are products delivered to me?

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

How soon after you receive my payment do you ship my order?

Your order ships within 24 hours when you choose Express Delivery and 48 hours when you choose First Class or Priority Mail even though your jewelry is hand made-to-order.

How fast does my order ship from Hawaii?

Shipping from Hawaii takes only 1 extra day!

Parcels leave Hawaii and arrive on the mainland early the next morning for delivery.

Who is responsible for items damaged during shipping?

We are! If your order arrives damaged we have a 100% Guarantee that includes damaged items.

Simply reseal the package with a note and write across the front "RETURN TO SENDER".
